Breakfast special, 2 eggs, sausage, home fried potatoes with onions (optional) and toast was only $6.99 (you can choose bacon or ham, or beans instead of potatoes) and was very, very good! Wednesdays they have a type of open mic music. Older crowd mostly, singing country, guitars sounded awesome! Very friendly, some couples actually dancing. What a truly nice experience. Made me realize how fortunate I am to live up here vs the city.

We just picked up four orders of fish and chips for Good Friday. It was delicious probably the best fried fish we have had in years. The price was great and the staff is so friendly. Great to support this small family run businesses. The quality and service is top notch.

Don't let this unassuming place fool you because the food and service is excellent. Friday fish and chips is a fantastic value. Bring cash as they don't accept cards for payment.

Stop here!!! You must visit this place. I’m visiting from Boston Massachusetts. A friend of mine from Peterborough brought me here and I cannot believe how wonderful it was. So many of these “mom and pop” places need to be supported because the food was sensational and the prices are excellent. The variety of food choices is excellent and the service was even better. Keep in mind this is a cash only restaurant, and though it may seem inconvenient, realize that it keeps the overhead cost down, and the price lower than most out there. So it’s a trade off. The theme and the decor is so awesome and complementary to the name of the restaurant.
